How Our Service Works
HuntForTomorrow (HFT)
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Version: 1.1
Applies to: every HFT engagement. This document describes the service process end to end — what happens at each stage, what the advance payment funds, and what depends on you. It should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use and Communication Policy, which govern where anything here is in question.
1. Where the process begins
The process begins once you are onboarded and the advance payment has been received. After onboarding, you complete the Pre-Discovery Form.
2. Pre-Discovery Form and your information
Through the Pre-Discovery Form you upload your resume and provide the relevant personal, professional, employment, salary, geographical and career information.
Our team reviews and verifies the information you submit to the extent reasonably possible, and uses it to generate and structure your professional profile for the stages that follow.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of everything you provide. Our review does not transfer that responsibility: we cannot be held responsible for false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unverifiable information supplied by you (Terms and Conditions, Sections 7 and 8).
3. Coach review and briefing session
Your assigned Career Coach reviews your information and conducts a detailed briefing session with you — approximately one hour — to confirm your actual requirements, background and expectations, including:
- previous employment and professional experience
- current and expected salary
- target roles and job titles
- preferred domain and industry
- geographical preferences and restrictions, and relocation
- work authorisation and other employment constraints
- skills, responsibilities and professional expertise
- career objectives and job-search expectations
The purpose is the most accurate possible understanding of your profile. If incorrect, false or incomplete information is given at this or any other stage, the consequences are yours (Terms and Conditions, Section 8).
4. What is never guaranteed
The accuracy of your profile and the quality of the search depend substantially on your information. We do not guarantee a job offer, interview calls, HR or recruiter responses, shortlisting, employer responses, a specific salary, placement within a specific period, or employment with any particular company, geography, industry or domain (Terms and Conditions, Section 19).
If interview calls do not come, recruiters do not respond, applications are rejected, companies pause hiring, or employment does not result — these outcomes are outside our control and do not, by themselves, create a refund entitlement. The single outcome-related situation we will consider is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Section 5.5.
5. Resume generation, and Minor vs Major edits
Once your information is finalised, we generate your resume to the agreed professional positioning and target direction. On review, requested changes fall into two categories (Terms and Conditions, Section 12.5):
- Minor Edits — word- and sentence-level corrections, wording and formatting preferences, small factual or presentation-level fixes. Identifying and requesting these specifically during review is your responsibility.
- Major Edits — a change of professional or target title, primary domain, target industry, or a fundamental change of career direction. These re-position the document; they are handled by our team where appropriate and are treated as reopening an approved step.
Before the finalised resume is used downstream, you review and approve it. Everything after that point is built on the approved version. Delays in providing corrections, approvals or information do not create a refund entitlement.
6. Domain, industry and target-company research
With your positioning, domain, industry, role and geography finalised, we research suitable target companies — including companies showing hiring or growth signals (active hiring, expansion, funding, new locations, workforce growth, market momentum) as well as other companies where relevant openings or potential opportunities may exist. This research becomes your target-company strategy.
7. Lead generation and contact research
For target companies we identify relevant HR, recruitment and hiring contacts — HR professionals, recruiters, talent acquisition, hiring managers — along with LinkedIn profiles, professional profiles and business email addresses, where publicly available and reasonably accessible.
Availability and accuracy depend on public data, third-party databases, professional networks and the tools available at the time. We cannot guarantee that every company will yield an identifiable HR contact, a public email address, or an active profile (Terms and Conditions, Section 18).
8. What the advance payment covers
Your advance funds the work and resources up to and including the lead-generation stage: onboarding, Pre-Discovery processing, information analysis, profile generation, coach review and briefing, resume generation, domain and target-company research, hiring-signal analysis, lead generation and contact research — plus the third-party tools, software subscriptions, data and research tools, AI and computational resources, and the manpower these steps consume.
These are real operational costs. Once this advance-funded work has been performed, the advance is not refundable merely because interview calls, recruiter responses or employment did not follow (Refund and Cancellation Policy, Sections 2, 4 and 5.5).
9. Outreach
After lead generation, outreach is conducted over LinkedIn, email and other appropriate professional channels available for each lead, using the communication template you have approved.
Providing the template — or its requirements — is your responsibility. If you cannot prepare it, you may ask our team to draft or assist on a case-to-case basis; any such draft is built from your information, positioning and instructions. Our assistance — including where you were busy or unable to prepare it yourself — is not an assumption of responsibility for the outcome, not a guarantee of a response or interview, and not a ground for refund (Terms and Conditions, Section 11.8).
10. Profile optimisation and your credentials
Profile optimisation on LinkedIn, Naukri or similar platforms is designed to be done by you first — we supply the copy and the step-by-step guidance, and we advise exactly that. We do not ask for your login credentials as a first step.
If you are unable to make the changes yourself, you may voluntarily, at your own request, share credentials for the agreed optimisation only. They are held encrypted, used solely for the approved changes, and deleted at the end of the engagement — and you should change your password once the work is done (Privacy Policy, Section 5; Terms and Conditions, Section 18.7).
11. Job matching and job-link finalisation
Suitable job opportunities are identified and evaluated against your skills, experience, responsibilities, title, domain, industry, seniority, location and geographical restrictions, salary requirements, qualifications and other constraints. Our team uses structured reasoning and analytical/AI resources to judge whether a job is reasonably suitable.
Identification of a job as suitable does not mean the employer will shortlist you or interview you.
12. Company-specific resumes and cover letters
For each finalised job link, the Job Description is analysed and your approved profile is compared against its requirements — skill-to-requirement comparison, experience matching, keyword alignment, role relevance, professional positioning. A job-specific resume and, where applicable, a cover letter are prepared.
This is a resource-intensive stage involving paid tools, software subscriptions, AI systems, data sources and human review.
13. Batch-wise processing
Applications and documentation are processed in batches (Batch 1, Batch 2, Batch 3 and so on), depending on the volume of suitable opportunities and your approved requirements. Each batch involves identifying suitable job links and preparing the corresponding customised documents, repeated as suitable opportunities are available.
14. The final application step is yours
We identify the opportunities and prepare everything an application needs — the job link, the job-specific resume, and the cover letter. Submitting or confirming the final application is your step, not ours (Terms and Conditions, Sections 4 and 6). This is a deliberate design, not a gap:
- every job portal and company career page has its own registration, login and mobile/OTP verification, and sometimes additional identity requirements such as PAN or Aadhaar verification — these accounts and verifications belong to you and cannot legitimately be completed by anyone else;
- a proper application often requires confirmations only the candidate can give — about experience, projects, notice period, compensation and career context — which no automated system can reliably infer for every application;
- AI and browser automation can handle parts of this workflow, but not the whole of it reliably at the current stage of technology, and forcing it end-to-end would carry a disproportionate cost for no dependable benefit.
So the division is: we discover, match and prepare; you click, confirm and submit. An application you did not complete or confirm is not an application we failed to make.
15. Restrictions shrink the pool
The number of realistically available opportunities can fall sharply when multiple or highly restrictive requirements are imposed — very narrow geography, highly specific titles, very specific industries or domains, above-market salary expectations, limited relocation, several restrictions at once, or targets outside your demonstrated profile.
Where such restrictions materially reduce the pool, the resulting scarcity of suitable job links, responses, interviews or offers is the expected consequence of the restriction, not a service failure (Terms and Conditions, Sections 9.5 and 9.6). Broadening the criteria later is new work that duplicates resources already consumed. Your expectations must stay reasonably aligned with your skills, experience, target role and market conditions.
16. How your work reaches you, and how you approve it
Everything we produce for you is delivered to your client portal — your resume, target companies, leads, job links and their status. The portal is also the record of what was delivered and what you approved: if a question ever comes up later, the portal is what we both look at.
Email is where formal notices go — your onboarding confirmation, payment reminders, and anything about closure or refunds. WhatsApp, on our official number, is how we tell you something is ready and how you ask us questions. WhatsApp is not where the work is delivered, and it is not where approvals are recorded. If you approve something over WhatsApp, we will record it on the portal against that item — the portal record is the one that counts.
You do not need a laptop. Everything is built to work on an ordinary smartphone: the portal opens in any mobile browser, and every document we send is a standard PDF that opens on your phone and can be saved to it. What you need is a phone with internet, an email address you actually check, and the ability to open a link and a PDF. That is the whole requirement.
We will help you get set up. We run one guided walkthrough of the portal at onboarding, share a short how-to you can revisit any time, and re-send your access link whenever you ask. If something is broken on our side — a link that does not work, an expired login, the portal being down — that is ours to fix at our cost, and we will add those days back to your service period.
What we cannot do is run the programme inside a chat window. Sending job links one at a time, re-sending the same document again and again, or conducting the whole engagement over messages is not something we can deliver at the quality the service is built for. If you are genuinely stuck getting in, tell us and we will send you a consolidated summary while we sort the access out — as a bridge, not as a permanent second channel.
A deliverable counts as delivered when it is on your portal and we have told you, not when you open it. Not opening it does not extend your service period, pause your programme, or move the refund window.
If you have a genuine accessibility need — a disability, a medical condition, or a technical barrier you cannot resolve — tell us. We will agree a reasonable alternative in writing, at no extra cost. That is an accommodation, and it is not the same conversation as a preference for chat.
17. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: accurate and complete information; keeping your registered phone number and email address active and telling us in writing if either changes; reviewing your deliverables on the portal; accurate salary and geographical requirements; reviewing the generated profile; reviewing and approving the resume; communicating required corrections; providing outreach templates where required; timely approvals and responses; keeping expectations realistic; telling the team about any material change in requirements; and ensuring your stated requirements are compatible with your skills, experience and the market.
Delay, incorrect information, omission, unreasonable restriction or a change of requirements on your side may affect the outcome and does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
18. The limit of our responsibility
Our responsibility is to perform the agreed professional services with reasonable skill, appropriate processes, and the information and resources reasonably available to us. It is not to guarantee the independent decision of any third party — employers, recruiters, HR departments or hiring managers — whose choices turn on hiring policies, competition, budgets, hiring freezes, changed JDs, internal referrals, market conditions, timing and restructuring, all outside our control.
Completion of our process is not a guarantee of an employment outcome (Terms and Conditions, Sections 19 and 22).
19. The process at a glance
Onboarding → Advance payment → Pre-Discovery Form → Resume and information collection → Review and verification → Profile generation → Coach review → One-hour briefing → Profile finalisation → Resume generation → Your review and approval → Domain and industry finalisation → Target-company research → Hiring-signal analysis → Lead generation → HR/recruiter contact research → (advance-funded scope complete) → Job matching → Job-link finalisation → JD analysis → Customised resume and cover letter → Batch-wise processing → You apply / confirm each application → LinkedIn and email outreach → repeated as suitable opportunities allow.
Every step depends on your accurate information, timely cooperation, reasonable requirements, market availability and the independent decisions of employers. None of it is a guaranteed employment outcome.
