HuntForTomorrow (HFT)

Last updated: 5 September 2026
Version: 1.1
Applies to: the HFT website, the HFT client portal, and all career-coaching, resume, profile-optimisation, targeting and outreach services provided by HFT.

1. Introduction and acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, the client portal and all services offered under the brand HuntForTomorrow ("HFT", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Hunt For Tomorrow ("the operator").

1.2 You accept these Terms by doing any of the following: ticking the acceptance box at checkout or on any HFT intake or onboarding form; making a payment to HFT; or continuing to receive services after these Terms have been made available to you. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the services.

1.3 These Terms should be read together with, and each of the following forms part of your agreement with us:

  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Refund and Cancellation Policy;
  • the Acceptable Use and Communication Policy;
  • your individual Client Service Agreement (package, fee, milestones and scope), which prevails over these Terms only where it expressly says so.

1.4 We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change and material changes will be notified to active clients by email or through the portal. Continued use after that notice means acceptance.

3. Eligibility

3.2 Services are purchased for your own personal career use. You may not resell, share, or use them on behalf of another person.

3.3 You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration and billing details you provide.

4. What HFT is — and what HFT is not

4.1 HFT is a career-coaching, professional-writing and job-search-support service.

4.2 HFT is not:

  • a recruitment agency, placement agency, staffing firm or manpower consultancy;
  • an employer, or an agent of any employer;
  • a party to any application, interview or offer between you and an employer;
  • a legal, immigration, visa, tax or financial adviser;
  • a service that applies to jobs on your behalf or that operates an automated mass-application system;
  • a service that "has a client base of companies" to which your profile is circulated for hiring.

4.3 HFT does not charge you, or accept money from employers, for placing you in a job. We are paid by you for the professional work described in your Client Service Agreement, and that fee is payable for the work, not for any employment outcome.

5. The engagement process

The standard engagement runs as follows. Steps may be adapted to your package.

5.1 Onboarding session booking. After purchase, an onboarding session is booked with your Career Coach.

5.2 Pre-Discovery Form. Before that session you complete the Pre-Discovery Form. This captures your existing resume, LinkedIn and Naukri profiles, employment history, compensation, notice period, location and confidentiality preferences.

5.3 Onboarding discussion. After the Pre-Discovery Form is submitted, we hold a structured discussion covering:

  • what the career ladder typically looks like in your industry;
  • what that ladder looks like inside your current company;
  • on that basis, what salary and level expectations are realistic;
  • what expectations you have arrived with, and how feasible those expectations are;
  • what constraints apply to you — notice period, location, relocation, family, visa, confidentiality, timelines, sector limits.

5.4 Discovery Form. On the basis of that discussion, we ask you to complete the full Discovery Form and to supply all remaining details. Completing this accurately and on time is your responsibility (Section 7).

5.5 Strategy / meeting session. A further session determines:

  • which job titles you should target;
  • which industries and company types you should target;
  • what is realistically achievable, and what supporting detail you have provided.

5.6 Deliverables. We then produce the agreed deliverables — ATS master resume, role-specific variants, cover letters, LinkedIn and Naukri optimisation, target company lists, contact lists, outreach sequences and an application tracker — as set out in your Client Service Agreement.

5.7 Accuracy of what we tell you. Everything we advise you on in these sessions — career ladder, salary bands, feasibility, market expectations — will be provided to you correctly and honestly, based on the information available to us. We will not tell you what you want to hear. Where we do not know something, we will say so.

6. The split: what we do and what stays with you

To avoid any misunderstanding, the division of work is:

HFT builds and executes: research, strategy, resume and profile writing, targeting, contact identification, outreach drafting, and tracking.

Three things stay with you:

  1. The facts only you have — your actual titles, dates, employers, achievements, numbers and documents.
  2. Clicking "apply" — we prepare and send you the tailored resume and cover letter for a role; submitting or confirming the application is your action. Portal and career-page accounts, logins, and any mobile/OTP, PAN or Aadhaar verification a portal requires belong to you and can only legitimately be completed by you.
  3. The conversation — once a recruiter, hiring manager or employer replies, that conversation is yours to conduct. We can coach you on it; we do not conduct it for you.

7. Your obligations — accuracy of information

7.1 You must provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete. This includes job titles, employers, employment dates, education, certifications, compensation, notice period, and any achievement or metric you ask us to include.

7.2 We build every deliverable from what you tell us. We have no independent means of verifying your employment records, and we do not do so unless expressly agreed in writing.

7.3 You must tell us promptly if any information you have given us changes or turns out to be wrong.

7.4 You must respond to requests for information within the timelines agreed with your Coach. Where you do not, timelines shift and Section 21 (inactivity) may apply.

7.5 You must inform us if you are simultaneously using another resume-writing service, auto-apply service or job-application agency. Parallel outreach to the same companies in your name can damage your candidacy, and we cannot manage a risk we do not know about.

7.6 You must tell us if your search is confidential, and keep that instruction current.

8. False, exaggerated or misleading information

This section is important. Please read it in full.

8.1 We will not create false information. HFT does not fabricate, and will not agree to fabricate, job titles, employers, employment dates, degrees, certifications, awards, salaries, or performance metrics. A number or claim you tell us is hypothetical, estimated or "roughly" true will be rejected or re-worded until it is something you can defend.

8.2 We will not be forced. If you insist on a false or unverifiable claim, we will decline. Pressure, repeated requests, or a threat to withhold payment or leave a negative review will not change this. We may terminate the engagement under Section 20.

8.3 Providing false information is against your own interest. Employers verify. Titles, dates, employers, education and compensation are routinely checked during background verification (BGV) and pre-employment checks (FPC), and increasingly through registries and payroll records. A discrepancy discovered at that stage typically results in the offer being withdrawn, employment being terminated, and in serious cases blacklisting or legal action against you. Obtaining employment on false information is not a practice we support, assist, or consider acceptable in any circumstances.

8.4 If you mislead us, the consequences are yours. If you supply information that is false, exaggerated or incomplete, and we reproduce it in a deliverable in good-faith reliance on your representation without knowing or reasonably being able to know that it is untrue, then:

  • you remain solely responsible for that information and for every consequence of it, including rejection, withdrawal of an offer, termination of employment, blacklisting, and any claim brought against you;
  • HFT accepts no responsibility and no liability whatsoever in respect of it;
  • you indemnify HFT under Section 19 for any loss we suffer as a result.

8.5 On discovery, we act. If we become aware at any time that information you have supplied is false, we will require it to be corrected, will withdraw or amend the affected deliverable, and may suspend or terminate the engagement without refund under Section 21.

8.6 Nothing in this section makes HFT a party to, or responsible for, any misrepresentation made by you to any employer, recruiter or verification agency.

8.7 If the facts change, the commercial terms change with them. Your price, scope and service period are quoted against the facts you gave us when you bought: your current role, compensation, experience, target role and seniority, target locations and notice period. If the facts you state at onboarding materially differ from those, or if you materially change your brief afterwards — a different target role or level, a different function, materially different locations or compensation expectations — we may, at our discretion: (a) re-price the engagement to the correct bracket and ask for the difference before continuing; (b) shorten your service period in proportion to what you have actually paid (Section 15.8); or (c) end the engagement under Section 21. Our normal response is (a). Refining preferences within the brief you bought — adding a company to a list, tightening a line on your resume, narrowing a city inside the agreed geography — is ordinary service and is not covered by this Section.

9. The Career Coach's decision

9.1 In any coaching or strategy session, the Career Coach's professional recommendation is the final position of HFT on positioning, target titles, target industries, resume structure and content strategy. It is given on the basis of hiring trends, ATS behaviour, recruiter expectations and role-specific market standards.

9.2 You may ask for it to be modified. Reasonable modification is part of the process, and we will discuss and accommodate it wherever it does not damage your candidacy.

9.3 Where you override the Coach. If, after discussion, you insist on an approach the Coach has advised against — including where the Coach has asked you to substantially improve or re-position something and you decline, or where you modify the recommendation so heavily that it no longer reflects the Coach's advice — then:

  • we may still build it. Producing the resume is the work you have paid for, and we will not hold your deliverable hostage over a disagreement;
  • but building it does not mean we agree with it. Delivery is not endorsement, acceptance, or a professional opinion that your approach is correct;
  • we will record the disagreement in writing in the portal or by email, stating what we recommended and what you chose instead;
  • the outcome of that choice is yours. HFT is not responsible for reduced interview activity, ATS rejection, or any other consequence arising from a deliverable built to your instruction against the Coach's advice.

9.4 We do not accept the reasoning that an approach the Coach has advised against will nonetheless produce interviews. Where that reasoning conflicts directly with the Coach's advice, Section 9.3 applies.

9.5 Salary and level targets beyond market standards. During onboarding and strategy sessions the Coach will tell you, honestly, what salary and level are realistic for your profile in the current market (Section 5.7). If you nonetheless choose to pursue a salary or level target that the Coach has recorded as being beyond market standards for your profile, then:

  • we may still execute the engagement toward that target — running the search is the work you have paid for;
  • the full resources of the engagement (research, deliverables, targeting, outreach, coaching time) will be consumed in pursuing it, exactly as they would be for a realistic target;
  • you accept that such a target is far-fetched by definition and fails in most cases, and that this was communicated to you and recorded before the work proceeded;
  • no outcome is guaranteed for any target (Section 19), and least of all for this one. The failure of an above-market target that you chose against the Coach's recorded advice is not a defect in the service, and does not entitle you to a refund, re-performance, or an extension. See also the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Section 4.

9.6 Restrictive search constraints you impose. The same principle applies where you impose constraints that materially narrow the search — for example, a niche industry or domain, a specific geography, a remote-only requirement, or any combination of these. Where the Coach has recorded that a constraint materially reduces the realistic pool of roles, responses or conversions, then:

  • we will still make full, genuine efforts within your constraints — running the constrained search is the work you have paid for, and its resources (research, lead sourcing, outreach, coaching time) are consumed in doing so;
  • a low rate of replies, reverts, interviews or offers is the expected consequence of the constraint you chose, not a defect in the service;
  • if you later relax or broaden those constraints, the additional sourcing, targeting and outreach required is new work that duplicates resources already consumed under the original constraint. It draws on the remaining resources of your engagement (or is chargeable where your package is exhausted); it does not reset, extend or add to your entitlements;
  • neither the failure of a constrained search nor the cost of broadening it afterwards entitles you to a refund. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Section 4.

10. Our deliverable standard: ATS-first

10.1 We work to ATS performance. Resumes and profile copy are built to be parsed correctly by applicant tracking systems and to be read quickly by recruiters. Structure, formatting, keyword placement and section order are chosen for that purpose.

10.2 We do not provide designer resumes. Graphically designed, multi-column, image-based, infographic, icon-heavy or template-styled "designer" resumes are not part of the standard service. They frequently fail ATS parsing, and providing one would work against the outcome you have engaged us for.

10.3 Any exception is discretionary. Where a visually designed document has been provided to a client, it was provided on a case-to-case basis at HFT's sole discretion, for a specific and justified reason. It does not create a precedent, an entitlement, or a right for any client — including that client — to request one. No client is entitled to demand a designer resume, and we may decline without giving reasons.

11. Client modification of deliverables

11.1 The deliverables we provide are the version we stand behind.

11.2 Minor edits — typographical fixes, correcting a date, adjusting a personal detail — are expected and fine. Please tell us so our master copy stays current.

11.3 Material changes — changing your target title or positioning, rewriting achievement content, restructuring the document, converting it into a different format or template, or adding claims we did not write — change the document into something we did not produce.

11.4 Where you materially modify a deliverable and then use it — for outreach, for applications, on a job portal, or by sending it to a recruiter — whether you modify it yourself or have it modified by someone else, HFT is not responsible for that document or for any outcome arising from its use. Our support, revision entitlement and quality warranty on that document end at the point of material modification.

11.5 Lead and contact lists. Where we conduct outreach to recruiters, HR contacts or hiring managers on your behalf, the selection and ranking of leads is our professional work, built on fit, seniority, activity and relevance. You may review the list and ask for changes. But where you modify that selection — removing, replacing or adding contacts against our ranking — the performance of the modified list is your responsibility: response rates, conversions and outcomes from a client-modified list are not guaranteed, are not a measure of our service quality, and are not grounds for a refund.

11.6 Independent applications and outreach. You are free to apply anywhere and to contact anyone. Where you do so using a document or message we did not produce or approve, or in a manner contrary to our advice, the results are outside our control and outside our responsibility. If a job does not result from such activity, that is not a service failure and is not a ground for refund or re-work.

11.7 If a materially modified document has already gone out, tell us. We would rather help you recover the position than be told later.

11.8 Outreach templates. Outreach on your behalf is sent using the communication template you have approved. Providing the template — or the requirements for it — is your responsibility. If you are unable to prepare it (for time, workload or any other reason), you may ask our team to draft or assist with it on a case-to-case basis; any such draft is built from the information, positioning and instructions you have provided. Our assistance in drafting a message — including at your request because you were busy or unable to prepare it yourself — is not an assumption of responsibility for the outcome of that communication, is not a guarantee of any response or interview, and is not a ground for refund if the outreach does not generate a reply.

12. Revisions, approvals and re-work

12.1 Your Client Service Agreement states the number of revision rounds and the window in which they must be requested. Requests made after that window may be chargeable.

12.2 Approvals are given through the portal. An approval recorded in the portal is the operative approval.

12.3 Reopening an approved step undoes downstream work. If you approve a resume, target list or positioning and later request a material change, the work already built on that approval — target companies, contact lists, job links, tailored applications — may have to be rebuilt. This costs time and may cost fees. The portal will warn you before you reopen a step; please read that warning.

12.4 Turnaround times stated to you are working-day estimates and depend on your inputs arriving on time.

12.5 Minor and Major edits. Once a resume or profile deliverable is provided for review, requested changes fall into two categories:

  • Minor Edits — word-level and sentence-level corrections, wording and formatting preferences, and small factual or presentation-level corrections that do not materially alter your professional positioning. Identifying and requesting these specifically is your responsibility during review, within your revision entitlement.
  • Major Edits — changes that materially alter your professional positioning: a change of professional or target title, primary domain, target industry, or a fundamental change in the career direction the deliverable was prepared for. Major Edits are handled by our team where appropriate; because they amount to re-positioning, they are treated as reopening an approved step (Section 12.3) and may consume revision entitlement or be chargeable.

13. Feedback about the service

13.1 Feedback about the system, the process, or a deliverable must be submitted through the portal or by email to admin@huntfortomorrow.com.

13.2 Feedback sent over WhatsApp is not accepted as feedback of record. We will read it and we will try to help, but WhatsApp messages are not captured in our system and cannot be routed into our process, our quality records, or our product improvements. If it is not recorded in the system, it does not exist for the purposes of acting on it.

13.3 Accordingly, if you give feedback on WhatsApp and it is not incorporated, does not appear in the system, and is not acted on, HFT is not responsible for that. The route to have feedback acted on is the portal or email, and it is available to you at all times.

13.4 This is not a refusal to listen. It is how we make sure your feedback actually reaches the people who can act on it.

14. Communication and availability

14.1 Communication is governed in detail by the Acceptable Use and Communication Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • We do speak to clients by phone, and we do use WhatsApp — but we cannot guarantee a response on WhatsApp, and we cannot take responsibility for answering every question asked there, repeatedly or otherwise.
  • If we are in a meeting or on another client's session, we may be unable to take your call. That is normal and is not a failure of service.
  • Reading a message does not oblige us to reply to it. A delivered or read receipt is not an undertaking to respond.
  • Messages sent on weekends, public holidays or outside working hours may not be answered. Responses depend on team and individual availability.
  • For anything substantive, book a one-to-one call using the booking link in your portal. That session is held over Zoom and is the correct place for detailed discussion.
  • If something is genuinely urgent, call.
  • Support outside working hours is provided occasionally, on a case-to-case basis, at our discretion. It is a courtesy, not an entitlement. It does not create a right to demand out-of-hours support, and it does not oblige us to serve you at any hour you choose.

15. Fees, taxes and payment

15.1 Fees, milestones and due dates are set out in your Client Service Agreement and on the payment link issued to you. The written Client Service Agreement is the single source of truth for what you owe and when. Nothing said verbally on a call varies it unless we confirm it to you in writing.

15.2 Fees are exclusive of / inclusive of GST as stated on your invoice, and GST is charged at the applicable rate. A tax invoice will be issued.

15.3 Milestone payments gate downstream work. Where your package is milestone-based, the next stage of work — in particular contact sourcing and outreach, which carry real per-contact costs to us — begins only after the corresponding payment is received. This is not a penalty; it is where our costs are incurred.

15.4 When your balance is due. Where you start on an advance payment, the balance is due within 7 calendar days of the date your advance was received. If you ask us for more time, we can extend that to 10 calendar days and will record it. In every case the balance must reach us no later than the end of the 15th calendar day from the date of your advance. A longer instalment or EMI plan is possible only where we agreed it in writing when you bought, and the whole fee must still clear before your service period ends.

15.5 Any commitment about price, discount, refund, timeline or outcome is binding on HFT only if it is in writing from HFT. Statements attributed to a third party, an affiliate, a promoter, or an individual team member outside their authority are not binding.

15.6 Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. HFT does not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

15.7 If the balance is not paid. We will remind you before the due date, on the due date, and again before the deadline — a withdrawal is never the first thing you hear from us about a missed payment. If the balance has still not reached us by the end of the 15th day, your service stands withdrawn from the end of that day, and we will send you a written notice recording what is outstanding, the date of withdrawal, and what was delivered up to then. What happens next is at HFT's discretion: we may end the engagement (the default), shorten it in proportion to what you have paid (Section 15.8), or continue it in full. Paying late does not by itself restart your service; if we do not accept a late payment we will return it within 7 working days. A decision we make for one client is not a precedent for another, and only HFT's management can agree to continue a withdrawn engagement — nobody else can commit to it on our behalf.

15.8 Shortening in proportion to what you paid. Instead of ending an engagement where only part of the fee has been paid, we may shorten your service period to match what you actually paid: (amount received ÷ total fee) × your original validity, counted from the date your service started, rounded down to whole days. For example, ₹10,000 paid against a ₹20,000 / 90-day program becomes 45 days. This is our option, not a plan you can choose by paying part of the fee — the full amount remains payable unless we convert it in writing.

15.9 Withdrawn time still counts. Days during which your engagement stood withdrawn for non-payment continue to count towards your validity period, because the stoppage arose from the unpaid balance. Where we restore an engagement, we may credit some or all of those days back; if we do, we will confirm the revised end date in writing.

15.10 Nothing here is a penalty. Any amount we retain reflects the value of work actually delivered to you and costs actually incurred on your engagement, worked out on the published schedule in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Section 3.2. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

16. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you have a 10-day cancellation window running from the date your advance payment is received, and a refund inside it is what you paid less the value of work already delivered and costs already incurred, calculated on the published schedule in that Policy, Section 3.2; after those 10 days fees are non-refundable; any refund or credit is granted only on a case-to-case basis at HFT's sole discretion and is not an entitlement. The only outcome-related situation considered is a complete absence of any revert to the outreach we conducted on your behalf over email and LinkedIn, supported by specific records produced at the time of the request — a response that you could not convert into an interview or an offer, including where the conversation ended over a compensation ask beyond market standards, is not a refund ground (see that Policy, Sections 4 and 5.5).

17. Confidential searches

17.1 If you tell us your search is confidential, we will treat your current employer and its closely associated entities as do-not-surface — excluded from target lists, contact sourcing and all outreach — and nothing will be sent, posted or changed in your name except through the confirmation channel agreed with you.

17.2 Limits of confidentiality. We cannot control what your own activity reveals: profile changes you make, "Open to Work" visibility you enable, applications you submit, recruiters you speak to, or information disclosed by third parties. Confidentiality on our side does not make your search invisible generally.

17.3 Past employers are flagged to you for a decision; they are not silently removed.

17.4 You must keep your confidentiality instruction current. If it changes, tell us before the next batch of work.

18. Third-party platforms and third-party contacts

18.1 LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, company career pages and employer ATS platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms. Your use of them is governed by their terms, not ours.

18.2 We work within those platforms' terms. We do not scrape platforms that prohibit it, and we do not route around a refusal.

18.3 HFT is not responsible for a third-party platform's decisions — including restriction or suspension of your account, changes to its features, downtime, or how it ranks or displays your profile.

18.4 Contact data. Where we identify recruiters, HR contacts or hiring managers for outreach on your behalf, that information is sourced from permitted sources, is limited to professional business-contact information, and is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You must use it only for your own job search, must not resell or redistribute it, and must respect any request from a contacted person not to be contacted again.

18.5 Contact identification is research, not certainty. Names, titles and email addresses may be inferred, may be out of date, or may occasionally be wrong — including cases where a different person shares your name or a contact's name. Tell us and we will correct it.

18.6 Availability of contacts is not guaranteed. The identification of recruiters, HR and hiring contacts depends on publicly available data, third-party databases, professional networks and the tools available at the time of research. We cannot guarantee that every target company will yield an identifiable HR contact, a publicly available business email address, an active LinkedIn profile, or an accessible hiring contact.

18.7 Platform credentials. Profile optimisation on LinkedIn, Naukri or similar platforms is designed to be performed by you, using the copy and step-by-step guidance we supply — we advise this first, and we do not ask for your login credentials as a first step. If you are unable to make the changes yourself and you voluntarily provide credentials at your own request, the Privacy Policy (Section 5) governs how they are held and used: agreed optimisation only, encrypted storage, deletion at the end of the engagement, and you should change your password once the work is done. You remain responsible for your account and for compliance with the platform's own terms; we are not liable for platform actions (such as verification challenges or restrictions) arising from access you authorised.

19. No guarantee of outcome

19.1 HFT does not guarantee a job, an offer, an interview, a salary, a salary increase, a promotion, a shortlisting, a response from any employer, or any specific timeline. No such guarantee has been given, whether verbally or in writing, and any statement to the contrary by any person is not authorised and is not binding on HFT.

19.2 What we work towards is improved interview activity — a stronger, ATS-compliant profile, better targeting, and systematic outreach. Hiring decisions are made by employers on parameters entirely outside our control: market conditions, internal budgets, internal candidates, timing, and their own assessment of you.

19.3 Your own participation is a material factor. Interview outcomes depend on your interview performance, responsiveness, follow-through on the plan, and the accuracy of the information you supply.

20. Intellectual property

20.1 HFT's methodology, frameworks, templates, research, prompts, question sets, tooling and internal documents remain HFT's intellectual property.

20.2 On full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables produced for you — your resume, cover letters, profile copy, target lists and outreach drafts — for your own personal job search. You may not resell them, publish them as a template, or supply them to another person or service for commercial use.

20.3 We may retain a copy of your deliverables and records for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

20.4 Anonymised case material. We may use anonymised, de-identified learnings from client work in our own training material and marketing. Where we do, your name, employer, identifiable details and any figure that could identify you are removed. If you would prefer we do not use your engagement in this way at all, tell us and we will exclude it.

20.5 Testimonials. We will use your name, photograph, or words in marketing only with your written consent, given after the fact. Consent can be withdrawn.

21. Suspension, termination and inactivity

21.1 You may end the engagement at any time by written notice. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

21.2 We may suspend or terminate the engagement, without refund, if you: insist on false or fabricated content; abuse, harass or threaten our team; use deliverables or contact data outside the permitted purpose; breach these Terms materially; or fail to pay a due amount after notice.

21.3 Inactivity. If you do not respond to reasonable requests for information or approval for [30] continuous days, we may mark the engagement inactive and pause work. We will attempt to reach you first. Package validity periods continue to run during inactivity.

21.4 Termination does not affect accrued rights, fees already due, or the sections that survive termination (Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, 18–20, 22–24, 26–28).

22. Limitation of liability

22.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFT's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees actually paid by you to HFT for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

22.2 HFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of employment, loss of an offer, loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation or loss of data.

22.3 HFT is not liable for any consequence arising from: information you supplied that was false or incomplete; a deliverable built to your instruction against the Coach's advice; a deliverable you materially modified; outreach or applications you conducted independently; the acts or decisions of employers, recruiters, verification agencies or third-party platforms; or feedback or instructions sent through a channel we have stated is not a channel of record.

22.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

23. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless HFT, its team and its contractors against any claim, loss, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) information you supplied that was false, exaggerated or misleading; (b) your misrepresentation to any employer, recruiter or verification agency; (c) your misuse of contact data or deliverables; or (d) your breach of these Terms or of a third-party platform's terms.

24. Confidentiality

24.1 We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver your services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

24.2 One client's information never enters another client's workspace or deliverable. This is enforced as a checked gate in our process, not merely as a policy statement.

24.3 You keep confidential any non-public HFT material shared with you — frameworks, internal templates, research method and contact lists — and will not redistribute it.

25. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or platform outages, changes to third-party platform terms or APIs, power failure, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil disturbance or governmental action.

26. Complaints and grievance redressal

26.1 If you are dissatisfied, raise it first with your Career Coach or at admin@huntfortomorrow.com.

26.2 If it is not resolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer:

  • Name: The Grievance Officer, HuntForTomorrow (HFT)
  • Email: admin@huntfortomorrow.com

26.3 We will acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable data-protection rules.

27. Governing law, jurisdiction and disputes

27.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

27.2 The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction, subject to Section 27.4.

27.3 The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably in good faith for 30 days from written notice. Where both parties agree, a dispute may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, conducted in English.

27.4 Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer. You retain your statutory right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and this clause does not require you to arbitrate instead.

28. General

28.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use and Communication Policy and your Client Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior verbal or written statements.

28.2 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

28.3 Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

28.4 Assignment. You may not assign this agreement. We may assign it to a successor entity on notice to you.

28.5 Notices. Notices to you go to the email you registered. Notices to us go to admin@huntfortomorrow.com.

28.6 Language. These Terms are published in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; the English version prevails.

28.7 Order of precedence. Where these Terms, a policy, an onboarding record, an intake form or a portal confirmation differ from what was agreed when you purchased — the program, the price, the payment plan, the scope or the validity — what was agreed at purchase governs, and we will correct the record. Confirming anything on the portal records your agreement to how we operate; it does not replace or vary your purchase terms, in either direction. Tell us as soon as you spot a difference and we will put it right.
